The Healthy and Active program is pay-as-you-go and can be customized to fit your needs. Components can be added or omitted depending on your individual goals. The complete program consists of the following:

  • Initial Naturopathic appointment (1 hr) with Dr. Shannon
  • 3 follow-up appointments (1hr each) with Dr. Shannon
  • Metabolic deficiency testing
  • Hormone laboratory testing
  • Nutritional guidelines and diet based on your individual biochemistry
  • Food allergy and sensitivity laboratory testing
  • 6-8 Acupuncture sessions
