Our doctors at the West Vancouver Wellness Centre have been treating both men and women who have had difficulty with fertility with great success. We offer safe, natural and non-invasive alternative and adjunctive testing and therapeutic strategies to conventional fertility treatments. Our assessments and treatments will uncover the root cause of reproductive disorders that not only can cause the infertility, but cause a woman to have abnormal and hormonal imbalances that can cause PMS, painful menses, Luteal Phase defects, annovulation, polycystic ovary syndrome, endometriosis, miscarriages, and thyroid disorders. Our doctors work with fertility clinics and reproductive specialists. Our acupuncture protocols work side by side with treatments such as In Vitro Fertlization (IVF).
Our comprehensive assessments allow us to uncover the underlying hormonal deficiencies that may include adrenal hormone imbalances, thyroid dysfunction, and pituitary imbalances. We may also test for toxicity overload which can be an underlying cause of why a woman or a man is having is having difficulty with fertility. We will then utilize heavy metal detoxification assessments and treatments.
The hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis (HPA or HTPA axis) may be assessed to rule out whether this system is imbalanced so that we can custom design a treatment to enhance proper hormonal balance.
